Our Project

The Care Package Project supports new mothers facing challenges. We raise money by doing fundraisers and use that money to create care packages. Which are made of baby essentials, including self care items for the mothers. Our goal is to provide as many essential care packages to those in need as we can.

Our journey in pictures

What we did in 2024

In October we did a bake sale, a loose change drive and got a $300.00 donation from Kinsmen. In early November we did a bottle drive0, by late November we did a Walmart raffle. By the end of December of 2024, we were able to raise $1249.00. With this money we created 11 packages for new mothers and delivered them to the Miramichi Hospital.

How much we earned in 2025

In early November we did a bottle drive, early December we did a Walmart raffle and Christmas cake raffle, late December we did another bottle drive and got a $300.00 donation. By the end of December of 2025, we were able to raise $1500.00. With this money we created 16 packages for new mothers and delivered them to the Miramichi Hospital and Fredericton hospital.
